From one room in Indeco House to nearly two decades of service
Established in 2006, Best Eastern Travel & Tours began operations from a one-room office on the 15th floor of Indeco House in Lusaka. Initially the company focused on serving cross-border traders traveling primarily to Johannesburg and Dar es Salaam, providing reliable and efficient travel solutions tailored to their needs.
Over the years the company has experienced significant growth and expanded its services to meet the evolving demands of a diverse clientele. Today Best Eastern Travel & Tours is a medium-sized travel management company offering a comprehensive range of travel services to government institutions, corporate organizations, private businesses, and individual travelers.
In April 2017, the company reached a major milestone by transitioning from a sole proprietorship to a limited liability company — reflecting its continued growth, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences.
